Joe is a user experience professional who has worked in the web industry for over a decade. He specializes in UX strategy, interaction design, visual design, user flow, information architecture, human computer interaction and user research for web, mobile and emerging technologies.
Joe has created web and mobile experiences for companies including Toyota, HP, CNN, Bank of America, NASA and GAMA (General Aviation Manufactures Association). He lives in Los Angeles, CA where he’s the User Experience Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, the exclusive agency for the Toyota.com and Lexus.com platforms.
In addition to working at Saatchi he is the founder of F Power Ink, a web design/development company and consulting service were he manages small/mid-sized businesses and start-ups online strategies with a strong social media presence and online publishing abilities to help them compete and remain relevant in the furiously fast, ever-changing world of web technology. He also assists in the initial marketing phases with online advertising, analytics and user testing.
He has consulted for enterprise companies such as City National Bank, Athgo International, Landor Associates (San Francisco) and SaverNation.org on best practices for design and development as well as leveraging social media, technology and automation to stay relevant and avoid losing ground in the modern business world.
Joe also gives bi-monthly master classes at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, on the “Future of Design”. He has also won numerous awards for his visual design including The Graphic Professionals Resource Network award for their International Gallery of Excellence.
